  • Standard Items: 
    • For deliveries within Japan: Flat rate ¥700 (tax included). Free shipping on orders over ¥15,000.
    • For deliveries within the U.S.: Flat rate $10. Free shipping on orders over $120.

Refund policy

Cancellations

As we initiate overseas shipping procedures immediately after an order is placed, cancellations are generally not accepted. However, depending on the shipping status, cancellations may be possible. Please contact us via the inquiry form.

At kocol, we generally do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns for customer convenience.

While we make every effort to ensure the quality and delivery of our products, we will offer exchanges or refunds for defective products or items that differ from the order.

If you receive a defective product or an item that differs from your order, we will promptly provide an exchange or refund. Please contact us through the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund, Exchange, and Return Eligibility

Cases eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns:

  • The delivered product was damaged

  • The delivered product differs from the ordered item

  • The product specifications (size, etc.) differ from the product page description.

Cases ineligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns:

  • The product has been used

  • More than 8 days have passed since delivery

  • The delivered product does not match the customer's expectations

  • The customer made an ordering mistake

Refunds for Returns Due to Long-Term Absence, Refusal to Receive, or Unknown Address

Customers will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees (based on our company's rates) and other handling charges. After confirming the return, we will issue a refund for the amount remaining after deducting the shipping and handling fees. We do not offer redelivery for returned items. Please note that if you are absent for a long period of time or refuse to receive your order, we may refuse future orders or use of our services in accordance with our terms of use. Returns due to an unknown address will be treated the same as long-term absences.

For shipments within Japan:
Costs include the shipping fee at the time of shipment, the return shipping fee (¥2,000 including tax), and other material and packing costs (¥2,000 per item).

For shipments within the U.S.:
Costs include the shipping fee at the time of shipment, the return shipping fee ($20), and other material and packing costs ($20 per item).
