If you ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together according to the latest estimated delivery date.

A: At kocol, we generally do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns for customer convenience.

While we make every effort to ensure the quality and delivery of our products, we will offer exchanges or refunds for defective products or items that differ from the order.

Refund, Exchange, and Return Eligibility

Cases eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns:

  • The delivered product was damaged
  • The delivered product differs from the ordered item
  • The product specifications (size, etc.) differ from the product page description.

Cases ineligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns:

  • The product has been used
  • More than 8 days have passed since delivery
  • The delivered product does not match the customer's expectations
  • The customer made an ordering mistake

Refund, Exchange, and Return Procedure
