  • Standard Items: 
    • For deliveries within Japan: Flat rate ¥700 (tax included). Free shipping on orders over ¥15,000.
    • For deliveries within the U.S.: Flat rate $10. Free shipping on orders over $120.

  • Large Items: Shipping fees vary depending on the specific item. Please check the product page or cart screen for the exact shipping cost.　Please note that large items incur individual shipping fees. Also, shipping and product prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery Method

The delivery method will be determined by our company and, in principle, cannot be selected by the customer. We do not offer date or time-specific delivery options.

Address Changes and Package Forwarding

If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been shipped, please note that you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to arrange forwarding.
Any additional fees incurred for address changes or forwarding services will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any issues.

Delivery Time

To ensure reliable delivery, we use shipping methods with tracking numbers. Typically, orders arrive within 15 to 30 days after payment confirmation.

Please be aware that delivery times may be longer in areas affected by natural disasters or major events.

Damage During Shipping

We take great care in packaging to prevent damage to outer boxes during transit. However, there is a possibility that damage may occur during transportation after the package is handed over to the shipping company, or due to the shipping company's responsibilities.

We ask for your understanding regarding minor scratches or dents on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself.
