About the product

About color <br/>The color indications are based on the colors managed by our company.
The color displayed may differ from the official color display of the brand or the color of the product. The product images are posted in colors as close to the actual product as possible. Even if the color name is the same, the color may vary depending on the product, so please check the "enlarged image" on the product page for the color.

*Please note that we do not accept exchanges for products if the size does not fit.

  • Some products are manufactured overseas, so there may be individual differences in color and shape.
  • For some products, there is a possibility that minor scratches may occur during transportation.

As orders are shipped from overseas and processed immediately after the order is placed, cancellations are generally not accepted. However, depending on the delivery status, cancellations may be possible, so please contact us using the form below.

After an order has been completed, we do not offer services such as changing the delivery address, size, or color, or placing additional orders or combining multiple orders. Please check the order details and quantity on the confirmation screen before completing your order.

We do not provide gift wrapping services.

Regarding the timing of payment, we charge each payment service when you place an order. Please contact each payment service for details on the billing date and closing date.

In order to reduce paperwork, we do not generally include an invoice. Please check your order history on your My Page or the order completion email.

Regarding delivery address <br/>As a general rule, we cannot accept changes to the delivery address after an order has been completed, as we need to prevent fraud and review each payment method.

Delivery time <br/>After payment is completed, we will ship your order according to the estimated shipping date shown on the product page. Since we arrange for inventory after receiving your order, the number of days it takes to arrange for delivery may vary depending on the stock situation and the supplier. Shipping times vary depending on the product, so please check the display on the product page.

Regarding delivery date and time specification
Please note that we do not accept delivery date requests.

Other notes: *Delivery may take longer depending on long holidays such as the New Year holidays and the volume of orders.

If you order items with different shipping estimates together, they will be delivered together as a general rule. Please note that the delivery time will be based on the latest item. If you would like the items to be delivered separately, please place separate orders.

If you wish to change the delivery instructions or delivery address after the product has been shipped, or if the product has not arrived by the specified time, please check the shipping slip number and contact the sales office in your area directly.

The customer is responsible for the shipping and return shipping costs (amount stipulated by our company) and other fees. After confirming the return, we will refund the amount minus the shipping and handling fees. We cannot re-ship the item after it has been returned. If you are absent for an extended period of time or refuse to receive the item, we may refuse to allow you to place future orders or use the service in accordance with our terms of use. Please note that if the item is returned due to an unknown address, this will be treated as an absence for an extended period of time.

Returns and Exchanges

We take every precaution when manufacturing and shipping our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or an incorrect delivery, we will accept returns and refunds.

Conditions for non-returns and refunds
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
If you do not apply for a return or refund within 7 days after the product arrives

  • If the product shows signs of wear, damage, or dirt
  • If the product tag or accessories are missing
  • If the product is returned using a method other than that specified by our company
  • Underwear, swimwear, accessories, and other items that come into direct contact with the skin without underwear

Return and exchange procedure
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will promptly accept returns and refunds upon request. Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. After confirming the details, we will inform you of the return method, etc.

In the case of initial defects or incorrect delivery, we will cover the cost.
