Due to the long holiday period (Chinese New Year) of our overseas business partners, delivery of products will be suspended during the following period. Please note that delivery times during the following period will differ from normal delivery times.

Although Sunday, February 4th is the final shipping date before the holidays, if we determine that we are unable to ship due to stock shortages or needing to arrange for an exchange for a defective product, we will ship the items in order after the holidays.

*Orders placed before this period will already have been ordered from the manufacturer, so they will be shipped first even if they are shipped after the holidays.

You can place orders as usual during this period, however products will only be ordered from Monday, February 19th onwards.

As overseas shipping is very busy after the holidays, it may take more than two weeks longer than usual for your order to be delivered. It is also expected that the item you ordered may be out of stock. In that case, we will refund your money.

We will switch to regular sales. As the end of the holiday period may also be affected, there may be delays in delivery. Please be aware that there is a possibility that delivery may exceed the normal delivery schedule when placing your order.

Color Information:

Color names are based on our internal management system.

There may be differences between our color names and official brand color names or actual product colors. We strive to display product images with colors as close to the actual product as possible. Shipping

  • Standard Items:
    For deliveries within Japan:
     Flat rate ¥700 (tax included). Free shipping on orders over ¥9,000.
    For deliveries within the U.S.: Flat rate $10. Free shipping on orders over $120.
  • Large Items: Shipping fees vary depending on the specific item. Please check the product page or cart screen for the exact shipping cost. Please note that large items incur individual shipping fees. Also, shipping and product prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses in Japan and the United States.
Please note that we do not offer international shipping to other countries or regions at this time.

Delivery Time

After payment for your order is completed, we will ship your items according to the estimated shipping time indicated on the product page. As we arrange inventory after receiving orders, the number of days required for arrangement will vary depending on the inventory status and the supplier. Shipping estimates vary by product, so please check the display on the product page.

*Delivery may take longer during long holidays such as New Year's holidays or during periods of high order volume.
*Delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as busy periods for the delivery company, weather conditions, or traffic conditions.
*Delivery may take longer for customers living in some areas such as Okinawa and remote islands.

If you order items with different shipping estimates together, they will generally be shipped together. The delivery time will be based on the item with the latest shipping date. If you would like to have the items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Tracking numbers and delivery status can be checked from the inquiry number listed in the shipping completion email.

Please check the shipping status from the tracking service of each delivery company after confirming the order number.

For inquiries regarding changes to delivery specifications or delivery address after the item has been shipped, or if the item does not arrive after the specified time, please check the order number and contact the local sales office in your area directly.

Customers will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees (based on our company's rates) and other handling charges. After confirming the return, we will issue a refund for the amount remaining after deducting the shipping and handling fees. We do not offer redelivery for returned items. Please note that if you are absent for a long period of time or refuse to receive your order, we may refuse future orders or use of our services in accordance with our terms of use. Returns due to an unknown address will be treated the same as long-term absences.

For shipments within Japan:
Costs include the shipping fee at the time of shipment, the return shipping fee (¥2,000 including tax), and other material and packing costs (¥2,000 per item).

For shipments within the U.S.:
Costs include the shipping fee at the time of shipment, the return shipping fee ($20), and other material and packing costs ($20 per item).

To conserve resources and pursue low prices, we may ship in simplified packaging. Minor damage to the exterior packaging may occur, but returns will not be accepted for this reason. If there is a problem with the product itself, please contact us for further assistance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Returns and Exchanges

At kocol, we generally do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns for customer convenience.

While we make every effort to ensure the quality and delivery of our products, we will offer exchanges or refunds for defective products or items that differ from the order.

If you receive a defective product or an item that differs from your order, we will promptly provide an exchange or refund. Please contact us through the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
